About the Work:

All pieces are made out of porcelain and hand thrown on a potters wheel.  Once the pieces have dried they are trimmed by hand and then fired with a glaze in either a gas or electric kiln to approximately 2300 Fahrenheit.

Porcelain is the most durable type of clay, making it highly suitable for tableware.  All of the work is made to stand up to daily use in the kitchen and on the table.  The work is dishwasher safe and microwave safe, and all glazes are lead free.
